How is the building on site accessed?
Vodafone have a wayleave with proprietor of site A, allowing a right of access to maintain the apparatus housed in the building

What is meant by mixed use planning?
Planning in place which covers retail, industrial or office buildings
Why was site A not open to you?
Although my survey was set up with the proprietor, it was on the basis that Site B would be open to me with a member of staff on site.
Site A was not open to me and the proprietor was not available to grant me access.
I was satisfied from visual inspection and ArcGis I could inspect the property without needing full access
What other subjects are included in a cumulo entry?

No, they are an aggregate of valuations under a single entry
Is site B not a car park?
No - it’s a transport logistics hub. It does store the fleet overnight however is used as a place where buses are maintained. There is a roaming member of staff on site to assist with basic maintenance
How long did the ratepayer have to submit a proposal?
4 months
What gave you the power to amend the valuation roll?
Section (2)(1)(d) gives the assessor power to alter the valuation roll in cases of a material change of circumstance
