Why was site A not open to you?

A

Although my survey was set up with the proprietor, it was on the basis that Site B would be open to me with a member of staff on site.
Site A was not open to me and the proprietor was not available to grant me access.
I was satisfied from visual inspection and ArcGis I could inspect the property without needing full access

No - it’s a transport logistics hub. It does store the fleet overnight however is used as a place where buses are maintained. There is a roaming member of staff on site to assist with basic maintenance
