What is the method of construction?
Portland Stone cladding fixed to a steel frame.
Mansard roof - four sloping sides.
Property was re-built in 1996, retaining the Portland Stone Facade.
300,000 sq ft building. 6 floors of offices. Not listed. Freehold - a charity. Long leasehold - Mactaggart Family and Partners.
How did you know the form of construction?
Requested an architectural report from when the building was re-built in 1996 - visually it was evident too as the pattern was regular. Measure width of wall - More than 260mm thick = cavity. Less than 260mm thick = solid.
Any limitations Westminster impose on marketing boards?
For boards: Must not be illuminated. Only one board per property. Writing must be black or white.
Vinyls must be behind the facade and planning is required if it is stuck onto the facade.
What are the three key tests for the Misrepresentation Act 1967?

What was the deposit return mechanism which you agreed?
