From extracting information such as leases of the land registry, I was able to source opportunities where there was a lease expiry coming up.
What advice were you able to give in your example at Tottenham Court Road?
I was able to advise my client on the market rent for the property by analysing historic data which we had stored in our database of other comparable evidence and Zone A’s achieved. This helped reinforce my advice that the zone A had an uplift compared to times before cross rail had taken effect.
