When must the PIC submit a “CAT II Approach Tracking Form”?

Answer 2

Within 48 hours after the CAT II Approach

Question 3

When will CAT II approaches be prohibited?

Answer 3

1. WindShear / Significant Wx
2. Airport without an operating Control Tower
3. When either pilot have not been properly trained
4. High Mins Captains (except accompanied by Check Pilot who is authorized to conduct CAT II approaches
5. Airports with no RVR Reporting System
6. When any of the “Required Equipment” is inoperable
