Doesn’t change products or reactants.
Small amounts needed for reactions
They decrease the activation energy required
This means that more collisions will be able to start the reaction.

A

Used in alcohol to ferment things from yeast cells

And they Catalyse the reaction that converts sugars into ethanol and carbon dioxide.
