Enzymes are biological catalysts this speeds up the chemical reactions in living things . These reaction include respiration photosynthesis and protein synthesis

Used in alcohol to ferment things from yeast cells
And they Catalyse the reaction that converts sugars into ethanol and carbon dioxide.
