What is the purpose of Turbine Plant Component Cooling Water system?
to transfer heat from various non safety related turbine plant equipment to the safety related service water system.
also serves as an intermediate barrier between the associated equipment heat exchangers and the salt water of the service water system.

to provide cooling flow to the TPCCW heat exchangers from both trains of service water through a single line.

What is the function of the CCS Surge Tank?
Provides Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) to the CCS pumps, accommodates thermal expansion of the system, and provides makeup water to the system.
What level will cause the Surge Tank High/Lo level alarm to sound?
92% and 50%
Where are the TPCCW pumps located and what is their function?
14’6” northeast corner of the Turbine Building and these pumps provide the required flow for the system loads
What does OP 3330B TPCCW Precaution 3.1 state?
If TPCCW is lost during turbine operation and is not restored immediately, a turbine trip must be initiated
