A

Leukocytes damaged during blood smear, due to cell fragility. Seen in AML

Howell-Jolly Bodies

A

Remnants of DNA in circulating erythrocytes. Indicative of a spleen disorder/splenectomy. Also seen in haemolytic anaemia, megaloblastic anaemia, hereditary spherocytosis, MDS.
