Technological and economic factors are the most important ones in molding a society. Believe in determinism. Believe that all types of technology and economic methods that are adopted always determine the type of society that develops. Under the view of anthropology.
Behaviorism
The belief that psychologists can predict, control, or modify human behavior by identifying the factors that motivate in the first place. Under psychology.
Learning Theory
The belief that humans are born with little instinct but much learning potential. In this view, most human behavior is learned especially in childhood and youth. Falls under the view of psychology.
Structural Functionalism
Each society should provided its members with system prerequisites, the fundamental requirements for functioning. Falls under the view of sociology
Neo-Marxism
The belief that economic power leads to political power and it is the key to understanding society. Unequal power structure based on money. If we want to understand society we have to understand the economic system. Falls under the view of sociology.
Symbolic Interactionism
The belief that humans have complex brains and little instinctive behavior. They focus their research on the human mind rather than structures of society. Falls under the view of sociology
Feminist Theory
This belief focuses on sex and gender issues believing women have traditionally been disadvantaged in society because men have discriminated against them. Falls under the view of sociology
Inclusionism
This belief regards race as one of the several factors that could play a role in forming human identity. Under the view of sociology.
