As in English, a question can be formed from a statement simply by changing the intonation. This perhaps a little more common in Spanish.

Aren’t you working for that company?
No estás trabajando para esa compañía.
¿No estás trabajando para esa compañía?
Interrogative sentences (expecting affirmative answers) can be formed by changing the inflection of negative declarative sentences.
