  3. Plan the project

II. Project execution phase

  1. Elicit BA information

Q

How should ‘Needs’, ‘Project’ and ‘Value’ relate?

A

The project must be created to align and overlap with the solving of the need and by that creating value. In many cases, this does not happen and Need and Project don’t overlap at all, thus no value is created. The pain point still exist!
