Q

Power Level

A

movement of the balance leg increases even more, with balance-power exercises
containing a hop with stabilization. A “hop” is when jumping and landing on a single leg, and “stabilization” refers to
pausing in a single-leg balance for 3-5 seconds upon landing.

Examples multiplanar hop with stabilization, multiplanar single-leg box hop-up with stabilization, and multiplanar single-leg
box hop-down with stabilization
