A

Cause: As the other European nations established colonies in the Americas, their demand for cheap labor grew.

Effect: In Africa: slaves live a very harsh life, they created rebellions to resist slavery, cultures lost generations of their fittest members, families were torn apart, devastated african societies by introducing guns into the continent.
In the Americas: African slaves contributed greatly to the economic and cultural development of the Americas
