Q

What is the big difference between the information or instruction sign indicating a direction?

A

The information sign is a blue square with a white arrow and the instruction sign is a blu circle (obligatory direction).
Usually, the instruction sign is located first and then the information sign.
When a car sees the instruction sign (circle) means that a certain direction is mandatory and he can only follow that direction.
When a car sees the informative sign means that the street has a certain direction and normally there will not be oncoming traffic.
