A
One way communication is the simplest form of communication. it usually occurs in a form of order or demand in which the receiver does not reply.

- Easy to use
- Cheaper than a two-way communication
- No pressure on the sender to justify

- Less reliable as there is no way to check the message/feedback

A
This includes both a sender and a receiver exchanging information where a message is being sent and there is a feedback reaction/response

- Takes more time and therefore more expensive
- Puts the sender under pressure to justify or explain the information being sent.
