Two way communication?
Involves both a sender and a receiver of information

No established rules, would usually take place outside the business

The use of language that will be understood by the vast majority of the the county, free of technical language
Closed communication?
A business may have its own language for activities that will not be understood by anyone outside the business
Vertical communication?
Communication from management being passed down to employees
Horizontal communication?
Involves communication between people on the same level of organisational structure
Chain communication?
Communicated vertically, formal.
Wheel communication?
Had a leader that all communication goes through
Circle communication?
Takes place between employees on the same level of hierarchy
