Q

What is the difference between a manager and a leader?

A

A manager tends to control people by pushing them in the right direction. A leader is a person who can motivate others to accomplish the goal. Managers might have to motivate one person but a leader will usually motivate a group of people. People don’t have to follow a leader, but want too. Managers minimize risk and avoid the spotlight, while leaders are always in the spotlight and motivate people to take the risk.
