Relic Boundary
A boundary that no longer exists but still holds some kind of significance

Berlin wall because it used to separate East and West Germany, but was taken down. There are still economic differences between east/west germany

A boundary drawn by an outside force and tend to ignore existing boundaries of social, cultural, or ethnic differences
