Used to ask for a definition or explanation. Used before a noun (instead of “cuál”). Qué + noun
When is cuál used?
Used when there is a choice between two or more options. Cannot be used before a noun. Cuál + verb (to mean which)
When do you put an accent over quien?
It’s over the “e” and if it’s used as in a question.
