What is Affordability?
The cost of something relative to the amount that the purchaser can pay.
What are Basic services?
Electricity and energy, water and sanitation, refuse and waste removal.

An amount that must be paid or spent to buy or obtain something.

Land that is attractive or has pleasing qualities.
What are Finance schemes?
