What must be done with Airfield Support Equipment (ASE) when not in use?
ASE must be returned to the appropriate storage area and positioned safely to avoid hazards to the aircraft.

No, ASE with engines running must not be left unattended unless specifically authorised in the ASE Technical Instruction.

The operator must ensure adequate clearance unless the ASE is designed for contact and must advise the safety person of their intentions.

Wheels must be chocked.
What must be done with unattended ASE at sea?
All unattended ASE must be securely lashed to the deck at all times.
Can vehicles with petrol engines be brought into hangars?
No, they must not be brought into hangars unless authorised by the person responsible for the hangar.
