What happens once CRH is released into the bloodstream?
CRH causes the pituitary gland to produce and release ACTh
What happens once ACTH is produced and released?
ACTH is transported in the bloodstream to target site (the adrenal glands)
What happens once the ACTH is transported in the bloodstream?
ACTH stimulates adrenal cortex to release cortisol
