  • a diet high in SATURATED FATS as this leads to fatty deposits forming inside the arteries
  • SMOKING, this increases blood pressure damaging the coronary arteries making them more likely to form fatty deposits
  • INACTIVITY, this leads to high blood pressue damaging the arteries makint them more likely to have fatty deposits.
