Article 18, What counts as acceptance?

cceptance happens when the offeror receives the “yes” from the offeree.

Silence doesn’t count as acceptance (usually).

If the offeree does something that shows acceptance (like shipping goods), that can count too.

Article 19,What if the acceptance changes the offer?

• if the acceptances changes the terms of the oofer, like price, quantity or delivery DOES NOT count as an acceptance.
• minor details are allow is they are not rejected.
