Mail the original form by department mail by the next business day

When a complaint is referred to the District level the Investigating Supervisor shall do the following:

A

Interview complainant and members
Gather evidence and related documents
Prepare an investigative report
Consult with CO and classify the complaint as substantiated, exonerated, unfounded and unsubstantiated
Forward complaint report package to District CO within 10 calendar days from date IAB notified the District CO to conduct investigation
