Claim Forms Flashcards

1
Q

Define CEV forms and how they are used?

A

CEV forms are ABF and EDF forms that are modified to enable use of claim edit values. The forms have an additional layer of claim processing logic which allows much greater flexibility and power when overriding portions of a claim.
CEV forms use claim form item override rule that can be plugged in to both paper and electronic claim forms
