Only if physcially absent throughtout the day (for up to 2 hours) whilst remiaining responsible
Are P meds available for self-selection?
No- only GSL medicines

Yes- as long as they can close to exclude the public

Yes- it is a P med

Must have warning label ‘Can cause addiction. For three days use only’
Must have signs of addiction in PIL.
Both PIL and packaging for state can cause headache if used for > 3days.

No- they do not meet the requirements of an advanced electronic signature
Are carbon copies of NHS prescriptions valid?
Yes- only if they are signed in eligible ink
How long is a NHS prescription valid for (not a CD)?
6 months
Describe the difference between an appropriate date on an NHS prescription and a private prescription?
NHS- can be date prescribed or a date in which it shouldn’t be prescribed until.
Private- Has to be the date prescribed.
Is a prescription written in Welsh legally valid?
Yes- no law stating a prescription must be bilingual
