COLEGIO DE NIÑOS HUERFANOS DE SAN JUAN DE LETRAN,
named after the
Basilica of St. John of Lateran in Rome.
is a Dominican Lay
brother who around the month of
May in 1632, arrived at the Convent
of Santo Domingo from Spain via
Mexico. He was assigned to the
same convent on April 23, 1633 and
was assigned as a porter of the
Priory of Sto. Domingo located
within Intramuros.

He was formed in the Dominican convent of San Pablo in
Seville of the Order of Preachers. In 1631 he embarked
on Mission XVI for the missions of the Far East.
