A

Outpatient generally involves fewer sessions per week and is ideal for clients who may not need intensive care. IOP group therapy provides more frequent and structures sessions as part of a comprehensive IOP treatment program designed for clients who need a higher level of care but do not require inpatient treatment

A

A

when we’re encouraging individuals that bring them a sense of accomplishment or pleasure. Helps counteract the tendency to withdraw from activities when they feel distressed. (principle of CBT)
