A
- Alcoholic and toxic psychosis
- Drug intoxication
- Severe CNS depression
- Epilepsy
- Bone marrow disorders
- History of agranulocytosis
- History of neutropenia
- History of circulatory collapse
- Severe cardiac disorder
- Paralytic ileus
