Dyspepsia
Discomfort or pain in the upper abdomen, typically related to digestive issues
Polydipsia
Abnormally great thirst as a symptom of disease (such as diabetes) or psychological disturbance.
Atrophy
The wasting away or shrinkage of a body part, such as a muscle, organ, or tissue
Impaction
A fecal impaction is a large lump of dry, hard stool that stays stuck in the rectum
Pneumonia
lung inflammation caused by bacterial or viral infection, in which the air sacs fill with pus and may become solid
Tuberculosis
It’s a bacterial infection, most often affecting the lungs, that can be spread through the air when someone with TB disease coughs, sneezes, or talks.
Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus
It’s a type of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria that is resistant to many common antibiotics, particularly methicillin and other beta-lactam antibiotics.

POC glucose
The measurement of blood glucose levels at the point of care
Fowler’s position
Standard Fowler’s position, also known as sitting position, is typically used for neurosurgery and shoulder surgeries. The bed angle is between 45 degrees and 60 degrees. The legs of the patient may be straight or slightly bent.
Supine position
Lying flat on one’s back, with the face and torso facing upwards.
Prone position
when a person is lying face down on their stomach
Sims position
patient lies on their left side with the right knee and hip flexed, and the upper arm behind the back.
