Named for year Chisca first opened. Gin, Earl Grey tincture, Italicus, Creme de Violette, Vanilla syrup. Coupe, topped w/ lavender-vanilla foam. Liquor batch is prepared as a clarified milk punch. Floral, boozy, silky, lightly sweet. Contrast with Starlight, this floral cocktail has a bit more spice/herbaceousness from gin. Like a floral gin martini.
