A

When no colour is applied, or your RGB sliders are set at 0 then the colour shown is black. If your RGB sliders are all set to 100 then the colour shown is white.

A

Ensures consistency for printed media
Avoids mistakes.
Ensures all colours can be reproduced accurately as determined by the print type
Protects brand colours where pantones can be protected for certain companies.
Makes matching and selecting colours easier as all colours have a specific value, therefore are easier for printers to identify.
Ensure brand consistency for companies across a variety of media.
