PAC. I was allocated 34 2017 RL Challenges to resolve for the same well known supermarket operator. I researched evidence, entered into dialogue and agreed the outcome of all 34 Challenges through acceptance, withdrawal or a middle ground. Avoided the need to for further ADR at VT.
