Amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance.

Range of motions of your joints.
What is Cardiovascular endurance?
Ability to exercise the whole body for a long period of time.
What is muscular endurance?
Ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired.
What is Body composition?
Percentage of body that is muscle, fat or bone.
What is agility?
Ability to control movement of the whole body and change position quickly.
What is speed?
Rate of which and individual can cover a movement or range of distance.
What is reaction time?
What is balance?
Keep the body stable, while at rest or in motion.
What is power?
Ability to undertake strength performances quickly.
What is coordination?
Ability to use two or more body parts together.
