What is agility ?
The ability to control movement of the whole body and change position quickly
What is reaction time ?
Time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of a movement
What is coordination ?
Ability to use two or more body parts together
What is balance ?
Keep the body stable while at rest or in motion

Rate of which an individual can cover a movement or range of distance

Ability to undertake strength performances quickly

Ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time

Involves lifting wieghts to increase the strength of muscles, using reptitions and sets
What does continuous exercise mean ?
Aerobic exercising at a moderate to high level, with no rest
What is plyometric exercise ?
Exercises were muscles use maximum force in short intervals of time
What is fartlek exercise ?
A method of training for runners where the terrain and speed is constantly changing
What is interval training ?
Involiving alternatingstages of high and low intensity activity
What is a circuit?
Is a series of exercises, completed for a certain amount of time, one after another
