User interfaces that make cellphones vibrate. (Haptic means “touched-based”). Often used to help a vision-impaired user know when he has clicked a button and to help hearing-impaired users know when the phone is ringing.
Haptic Feedback
On a Web page, provides a text description of an image so that a screen-reader can describe the image to a vision-impaired user.
Text Alternatives for Images
are sometimes intentionally targeted by hate groups who use the anonymity of the Internet to hide their actions.
