A
  • RSR prime in V1 and V2 (leads over the RV) with reciprocal negative ST-T changes
  • QRS > .12 sec for complete RBBB
  • terminal S waves in lead I, aVL and V6 (left leads)
  • terminal R wave in aVR
  • if LAD, think left ANT fascicular block
  • if RAD, think right POST fascicular block
