A
- RSR prime in V1 and V2 (leads over the RV) with reciprocal negative ST-T changes
- QRS > .12 sec for complete RBBB
- terminal S waves in lead I, aVL and V6 (left leads)
- terminal R wave in aVR
- if LAD, think left ANT fascicular block
- if RAD, think right POST fascicular block

same as RBBB but QRS is normal duration (.10-.12 sec)
