A
.12-.20 sec
3
Q

A
0.06 to 0.10 sec
4

A
0.40 sec
5

A
(QT)/square root RR in sec
6

A
.04 sec, 0.1 mV
7

A
5 small squares
.2 sec, 0.5 mV
8
Q
Atrial flutter
A
Saw tooth in leads II, III, aVF
Discrete P waves in lead V1
Atrial rate 300/min on average
9
Q
Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia (MAT)
A
Irregularly irregular, BUT discrete P waves occur before QRS (differentiates from AFib)
10
Q
SVT - AVNRT
A
- most common PSVT, dual AV nodal pathways (alpha and beta)
- alpha is fast pathway, long refractory period (RP)
- beta is slow, with short RP period
- PAC occurs during alphas refractory period and utilizes beta, but by then alpha has repolarized and iniates a PSVT
11
Q
Junctional escape beat
A
- AV node is the pacemaker, NARROW QRS
- Rate of 40-60 bpm, protective when SA node doesn’t fire
- Thus, no P wave but normal QRS and T wave morphology
12
Q
Junctional escape rhythm
A
When there’s 3+ junctional escape beats consecutively
