Q

Give an example of a time when you communicated difficult information to a colleague or a group of colleagues.

A

RML - Dr. Howard Fogel

What approach did you take? Why? I called a meeting with my team to go through our count ability review. I wanted to be fair and straight forward with my teammates, more importantly not make my RML feel cornered.

How did you ensure the information was understood? I reviewed exactly what was told to me then communicated it to her.

What was the outcome? She pushed back of course but then realized that her actions may have come off as arrogant.
