Provide an example of a time when you proactively suggested a way to improve a process or procedure.

Insight project -

How did you identify the need? I would always talk to Reps from different districts, and we would share information about the same accountable care organizations.

How did your suggestion challenge to standard i.e. status quo? It wasn’t about sharing best demonstrated practices. It’s sharing key information from advocates, insights, and access strategies.

What did you learn from the process? The number of individuals who do not understand the key business drivers in there district or territories. Also how a district and or region is closely intertwined.

Without providing proprietary information, tell me about a time when you applied and innovative idea or new method to achieve stronger results.

A

How did you generate the idea? I came up with the idea around 2008, and since then it has evolved.

How did you implement the idea? I’ve been committed to it for about six years. My manager asked what I was doing different to increase business.

Did you encounter any challenges? how did you overcome these challenges? Yes! I asked others to share their input as well as augment what I’ve already done.

What was the impact on the organization? I can’t comment specifically on the organization however, district has a streamlined strategy around a book of business.

Tell me about a situation in which you had to implement a significant change.

A

What steps did you take to implement the change? A few years ago launching a product called Reclast and Tekturna. I realized that show up and tell no longer works. I had to evolve as representative.

What barriers did you need to overcome and how did you do this? In needed to find out what worked, and why. I never needed to evolve because what I was doing worked. “follow the money”

What were the outcomes as a result of your actions? Growth personally, market share increases, and more money.

Selling with Insight -

How did you determine a need for new information/insight? With a new product to promote in a highly competitive marketplace it required a new and fresh perspective.

What sources did you use? ACO Metrics and protocol.

What was the impact? Tremendous our team was able to grow Tekturna market share above the region and on par with the nation.
