A

This refers to structural or systematic conflict by denying political (power sharing, voting rights, Human rights), economic (equal pay, equal employment opportunity, unbalanced regional economic development, lack of social services, poverty and income disparity), denial of social rights to groups/regions (Ethnic, race, religious and gender groups), legal discrimination and injustice through institutions, laws and policies against equality and opportunity. This stage is characterized as unstable peace.

environmental conflict

A

This refers to a long-term division between groups with different beliefs about the proper relationships between human society and the natural environment. It can be caused by environmental damages through pollution, chemical spills, deforestation, invasion of ancestral lands, and wildlife management, and can erupt over the right of access to natural resources such as water supply, mineral and mining fields, land/arable land, grazing or pastoral land, oil, special rocks, ivory, rubber.

constructive conflict

A

This seeks a resolution which provides some satisfaction to all involved parties.They often have a win-win orientation and generally parties are willing to work through their differences, until a mutually satisfactory solution is found. When the outcome of conflict brings about positive changes, as demonstrated by not only apologies and compensation for the past abuse but also future prevention of victimization.
