Broad and square shoulders, strongly built body, triangular face…. Lovers, ponderous, what is life..spritual
What are the characteristics of an earth type person?
Slowly far body, large head, large belly/thighs, wide jaws… Love food and love to feed people and they want to be appreciated

Round face and body, long spine… Easy going but if you step on their toe you’re in for it

Def. of spleen yang / retention of phlegm/dampness

Long standing deficiency of blood or yin

Good qi and blood… Moist skin, well developed muscle

Poor qi and blood….dry skin, thin muscles, narrow chest
