article 1,2,3 section 1 clasue 1
1) All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
2) The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice-President chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows
3) The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
Second Amendment
A will regulation Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state.
The right of the people to keep and bear arms.
Third Amendment
No soldier shall be quartered in any house without consent of the owner. Nor in a time of war but in a manner prescribed by law.
Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

-No ex-post facto laws and bills of attainder. Connects to locke’s idea of just laws.

-Cannot hold multiple offices at the same time. Connects to Monty’s sep of powers.
