Economic system where property and resources are collectively owned, aiming for a classless society with equal distribution of wealth

Provides loans to developing countries - can’t repay so have to agree to SAPs forcing them to open up their market and privatise their companies

Ensure free global trade and opportunities are equal for all countries

Economies of scale has allowed them to reduce their costs and out-compete their
smaller competitors
Ability of to borrow money has allowed them to invest in new technology

for them
