NEC3:
Done all work which works information states by completion date.
Corrected notified defects that would prevent Employer from using the works.
NEC4:
Done all work which scope states is to be done by completion date.
Corrected notified defects that would prevent Client from using the works.

Can CE’s bring the completion date of key date forward?

No. Only done through acceleration which is an instruction under clause 36.

51.2 - payment made within three weeks of assessment date. Interest would be paid on the late payment.
