1954.52 Rental Rates; establishment by owner; conditions

A

(a) Owner can set initial and subsequent rent if one of:
(1) Cert. of Occupancy issued after 2/1/95
(2) Exempt under local rent controls as newly constructed unit before 2/1/95
(3) (A) Alienable separate from title to any other dwelling unit or subdivided interest UNLESS (B)(i) preceding tenancy terminated pursuant to 1946.1 notice or terminated upon 827 notice change in terms
