Q

Can you tell me about the teambuilding day in your CPD submission?

A

Yes, this was a company wide teambuilding day focussing on developing teamworking skills and solving challenges together. It also gave me the chance to get to know colleagues form different departments and learn more about how my role in Building Consultancy can support them.

This included informal workshops on working together e.g. guiding someone blindfold using a strategy we had developed and present on ourselves and our area of practice.
