Q

Validity (Scientific Definition):

A
  • Validity refers to how accurately an experiment measures what it is intended to measure. An experiment is valid if the method, variables, and data collection directly test the hypothesis and the results are based on sound scientific reasoning.
  • To ensure validity, only the independent variable should be changed, and all controlled variables should be kept constant.
