Test: assess PERRLA w/ penlight

Test: ask pt to follow penlight laterally w/eyes

Test: touch pt’s face w/cotton ball and ask them to confirm when they feel your touch

Test: ask pt to follow penlight laterally w/thier eyes

Function: facial expressions
Test: ask pt to frown/smile/raise eyebrows

Test: assess pt’s gait, perform whisper test
