It’s controlled by the air conditioning system controllers it directs ram air from the fan in the plenum to the cores of the precooler this regulates the temp of the air from engines to the heat exchanger

Overboard through an exhaust duct in the lower fuselage
What do the pressurization safety valves do
2 valves installed at the top of the rear pressure bulkhead they make sure the cabin pressure differential does not exceed its max positive and negative limits
What do the rtu1 and rtu2 inhibit switches do
Used to disable a failed radio tuning unit and enable cross-side tuning fms tune inhibit switch inhibits the fms from rtu tuning
